Job Description - Live Chat Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:


We are seeking a dedicated and resourceful Live Chat Assistant to join our team at Enterprise Products Partners for remote work in Nelson, Nelson, NZ. This is a part-time associate-level position with a requirement of at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through live chat - Resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer support - Provide feedback to improve the overall customer experience and service quality - Meet performance targets and KPIs set by the company - Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions


Requirements: - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Leadership qualities to take charge of difficult situations and guide customers towards solutions - Excellent cooperation skills to work well with team members and other departments - Proficiency in using live chat software and CRM systems - Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Experience in customer service or a related field is a plus
