Job Description - Live Chat Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


Kimberly-Clark is seeking a motivated and independent Live Chat Manager to join our team on a part-time basis in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. As an Associate Level role, we require a minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Managing and overseeing the live chat platform, ensuring timely and effective responses to customer inquiries - Analyzing chat transcripts and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for enhancing the customer experience - Training and supervising a team of chat agents, providing guidance and support as needed - Developing and implementing strategies to increase chat efficiency and customer satisfaction - Collaborating with other departments to ensure consistency in messaging and customer service standards - Monitoring chat performance metrics and reporting on key performance indicators


Requirements: - Motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations - Independent thinker with the ability to work autonomously and make sound decisions under pressure - Excellent people management skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team - Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and trends to drive decision-making - Proficiency in chat platforms and customer service tools - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
