Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and independent Live Chat Manager to join our team at Norfolk Southern. This is a remote work opportunity based in Nelson, Nelson, NZ, offering part-time hours at a mid-to-senior level. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the live chat platform, ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries and issues - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention through live chat interactions - Train and mentor team members on best practices for live chat communication - Monitor and analyze chat data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and provide seamless support
