Kelly Services is seeking a hardworking and dedicated individual to join our team as a Live Chat Officer for remote work. As a Live Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through live chat interactions. This is a part-time entry-level position with the opportunity for growth within the company.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through live chat - Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Document and track customer interactions for future reference - Meet and exceed individual performance targets and goals - Continuously seek ways to improve processes and enhance customer service
