Job Description:

Sears Holdings is seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a part-time Live Chat Officer for remote work based in Nelson, New Zealand. As an Associate Level Live Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat interactions.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues through live chat - Providing product information, troubleshooting technical issues, and processing orders - Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and accurate responses - Collaborating with team members to identify trends and improve customer experiences - Demonstrating empathy and understanding in all interactions with customers - Analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and making informed decisions to enhance customer service

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote setting - Proficiency in multitasking and prioritizing tasks - Excellent analytical skills and the ability to make quick decisions - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Visa sponsorship available for eligible candidates - Free food and gym membership benefits
