Job Description - Live Chat Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:


We are looking for a motivated and independent Live Chat Officer to join our team at AECOM. This is a remote work opportunity based in Hamilton, Waikato, New Zealand. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through live chat to provide support and assistance.


Responsibilities: - Monitor and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner through live chat - Provide accurate information and solutions to customer issues - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times - Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes - Analyze customer interactions to identify trends and areas for improvement - Assist in developing and implementing new strategies to enhance the customer experience


Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Independent and passionate individual who is dedicated to providing excellent customer service - Strong people management and analysis skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work effectively in a remote environment - Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools - Knowledge of customer service best practices
