Live Chat Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Live Chat Officer to join our team at R.R. Donnelley & Sons. This is a remote work position based in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. As an Entry Level Live Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat to provide product information, resolve issues, and answer questions - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Maintain a positive and helpful attitude at all times - Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery - Meet and exceed performance metrics for response times and customer satisfaction - Stay up to date on company products and policies - Provide feedback to improve processes and customer experience

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Presentation skills - Highly motivated and energetic - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in computer skills and online chat platforms - Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required - Must be able to work part-time hours
