Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Live Chat Representative to join our team at Barnes & Noble. This is a remote work position based in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As a part-time Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making it the perfect opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer service.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via live chat - Assist customers with product information, orders, returns, and general inquiries - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service standards - Work collaboratively with team members to ensure seamless customer experience - Use strategic planning to effectively address customer needs and concerns - Continuously learn and stay updated on products, services, and policies
