Live Chat Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Allstate is seeking a motivated and passionate Live Chat Representative to join our team as a remote worker in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. As a part-time Associate-level Live Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through live chat interactions with our clients.

Responsibilities: - Respond to live chat inquiries from customers promptly and professionally - Assist customers with product information, order status, account inquiries, and issue resolution - Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer concerns - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Utilize project management skills to prioritize tasks and meet performance goals - Continuously improve product knowledge and customer service skills through ongoing training and professional development opportunities

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong project management skills - Motivated and passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively - Life insurance experience is preferred - Experience with live chat software is a plus
