Job Description:


Bank of America Corp. is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Live Chat Representative working remotely from Dunedin, Otago, NZ. This is a part-time position ideal for entry-level candidates with no prior experience. We are looking for individuals who are independent, adaptable, and possess excellent communication and strategic planning skills.


Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat to assist with inquiries, provide information on products and services, and resolve any issues or concerns. - Provide a high level of customer service while maintaining professionalism and positive attitude in all interactions. - Utilize various software programs to efficiently handle chat inquiries and document customer interactions. - Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service experience and contribute to team goals. - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and timely information to customers.


Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Strong written communication skills with an emphasis on spelling, grammar, and punctuation. - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Comfortable with using technology and learning new software programs. - Must have a quiet workspace and reliable internet connection for remote work.
