Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Account Support Assistant to join our team at EMC in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As an Associate Level position, the Account Support Assistant will play a key role in supporting our account management team and ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to the account management team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing documents - Assist in the coordination of client communication and follow-up, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and requests - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the company database - Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external use, summarizing sales data and trends - Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategic plans and initiatives to meet client needs and sales targets - Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and promotional activities to support sales efforts - Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and development - Handle any ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the account management team
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Resilient and energetic personality traits - Adaptability and strategic planning skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
