Job Description: Narrative is seeking a part-time Remote Account Support Assistant to join our team in Auckland, NZ. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. As a Remote Account Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent support to our clients and assisting with various account management tasks.
Responsibilities: - Responding to client inquiries via email and phone in a timely manner - Assisting with onboarding new clients and providing training on our platform - Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating to the appropriate team when necessary - Managing client accounts and ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate - Collaborating with the sales team to upsell or renew client subscriptions - Providing regular reports on client satisfaction and feedback to the Account Manager - Participating in team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on product knowledge - Performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements: - Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently - Dedication to providing exceptional customer service - Previous experience in account support or a similar role - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Excellent people management and decision-making skills - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
