Job Description:
TIAA is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Account Support Assistant to join our team in Auckland, NZ. As an Associate Level position, the Account Support Assistant will play a crucial role in providing outstanding support to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction. This part-time position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Assist with client account management, including processing client requests, updating account information, and resolving any account-related issues. - Provide exceptional customer service to clients through phone, email, and in-person interactions. - Collaborate with the account management team to develop and implement strategies to meet client needs and goals. - Prepare and deliver reports on client account activity and performance. - Participate in training sessions and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices. - Handle administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing documents.
Requirements: - Hardworking and confident personality traits. - Demonstrated leadership and adaptability in a professional setting. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. - Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
