Job Description - Account Support Assistant

As an Account Support Assistant at Public Service Enterprise Group in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ, your primary responsibility will be to provide essential support to the account management team. This role is part-time with an associate-level seniority requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience.


Responsibilities: 1. Assist in managing client accounts, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. 2. Prepare and update client reports and presentations. 3. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and products to clients. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 5. Assist in developing and implementing strategies to grow client accounts. 6. Provide administrative support to the account management team as needed. 7. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless client experience.


Requirements: 1. Confident and driven personality. 2. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. 3. Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. 4. Previous experience in account management or customer service preferred.
