Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and confident Account Support Assistant to join our team at NCR in Nelson, NZ. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, but a willingness to learn and adapt is essential. The Account Support Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the account management team and assisting in maintaining positive relationships with clients.
Responsibilities: - Assist account managers with day-to-day administrative tasks - Communicate with clients to gather necessary information or address any issues - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and files - Help prepare reports, presentations, and other materials for client meetings - Work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner - Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving account management processes - Handle incoming calls and emails from clients and provide excellent customer service - Assist in organizing events or client gatherings as needed - Other duties as assigned by the account management team
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Decision-making skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing tasks effectively
