Job Description - Account Support Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:


Office Depot is seeking a motivated and adaptable Account Support Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a work-from-home position based in Wellington, Wellington, NZ, and offers the flexibility of remote work.


Responsibilities: - Provide support to the Account Manager in managing and maintaining client accounts - Assist with account management tasks such as order processing, invoicing, and customer inquiries - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Conduct market research and analysis to support strategic planning and business development efforts - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions - Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed


Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Strategic planning skills to support business development efforts - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Experience in customer service or account management is a plus, but not required
