Job Description - Remote Account Support Associate


Job Description:


Cigna, a leading global health service company, is seeking a Remote Account Support Associate to join our team in Wellington, New Zealand. This part-time position is ideal for individuals looking to start their career in the healthcare industry and gain valuable experience in account management and customer support.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide remote support to account managers in maintaining client relationships and meeting client needs. 2. Assist with the onboarding process for new clients, including setting up accounts and coordinating communication between clients and internal teams. 3. Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner. 4. Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for account growth. 5. Assist with the preparation of client presentations and reports. 6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in account management.


Requirements: 1. Independent and confident individual who can work effectively in a remote environment. 2. Strong presentation and decision-making skills. 3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred but not required.
