Account Support Associate

Rocket Lab is seeking a dynamic and energetic Account Support Associate to join our team in Auckland, NZ. As a part-time role at the Associate level, the Account Support Associate will be responsible for providing crucial support to our account management team.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist with customer account management activities, including responding to inquiries, resolving customer issues, and maintaining customer records. 2. Collaborate with the sales team to create and deliver compelling presentations to clients. 3. Support the development and implementation of sales strategies to meet company targets. 4. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients. 5. Assist in tracking and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth. 6. Provide administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing documents. 7. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of client projects. 8. Represent the company at industry events and networking functions.

Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of experience in a similar role. 2. Resourceful and energetic personality traits. 3. Strong persuasion and presentation skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. 6. Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 7. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. 8. Must be detail-oriented and have a keen eye for identifying opportunities for improvement.
