Job Description:
Simon Property Group is seeking a hardworking and resourceful Account Support Associate to join our team in Nelson, New Zealand. As an Associate Level role, the Account Support Associate will be responsible for providing support to the account management team in managing client accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: 1. Assist account managers in maintaining client relationships and meeting customer needs. 2. Process orders, invoices, and payments accurately and in a timely manner. 3. Monitor account activities and provide regular updates to clients. 4. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and client deliveries. 6. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities. 7. Assist in preparing reports and presentations for client meetings. 8. Maintain accurate records and documentation in the company's database.
Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in a similar role or in account management. 2. Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
