Account Support Associate

Job Description:

Vesper Marine is seeking a dedicated and confident Account Support Associate to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. As an Entry Level position with one year of experience, the Account Support Associate will play a crucial role in providing support to the sales team and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in managing client accounts and maintaining relationships with key customers. 2. Provide support to the sales team by preparing sales presentations, quotes, and proposals. 3. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner. 4. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination of services for clients. 5. Assist in tracking and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. 7. Participate in sales meetings and provide input on strategies for improving customer satisfaction and retention. 8. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. 4. Leadership skills and the ability to take initiative. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. 6. Prior customer service or sales experience is a plus. 7. Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
