Remote Account Support Associate

Job Description:

Visteon is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Remote Account Support Associate to join our team in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in account support or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Provide remote support to account managers and clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist with strategic planning and implementation of innovative solutions to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of account activities - Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and account activity - Manage travel and spending expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies - Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all interactions with clients and colleagues

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in account support or a related field - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to work effectively in a remote environment - Strategic planning skills to drive account growth and retention - Innovative thinking to develop creative solutions to challenges - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
