As the Account Support Manager at J.C. Penney in Dunedin, Otago, NZ, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and managing the relationships with our key accounts. This part-time position is ideal for individuals with 7 years of experience in account management or a related field, who possess a strong work ethic and resourcefulness.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, addressing any inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner - Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies for account growth and retention - Conduct regular check-ins with accounts to ensure their needs are being met and identify opportunities for upselling - Monitor account performance and prepare reports for management - Collaborate with internal departments to ensure the timely delivery of products and services to accounts - Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activities to inform account strategies - Assist with the onboarding of new accounts and provide ongoing training and support - Handle any billing or payment issues that may arise with accounts
Requirements: - 7 years of experience in account management or a related field - Strong research and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred
