Job Description - Account Support Manager

Serko Ltd is seeking a confident and dedicated Account Support Manager to join our team in Auckland, NZ. This part-time position is suited for a candidate with at least 6 years of experience in a similar role and is at a mid-to-senior level of seniority.


As an Account Support Manager at Serko Ltd, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional support and assistance with their accounts. You will serve as a key point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries, issues or concerns they may have in a timely and professional manner. Additionally, you will work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for account growth and development.


The ideal candidate for this role will possess excellent presentation skills and have strong leadership abilities. You must be able to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams, providing strategic solutions and guidance to ensure customer satisfaction. Experience in the travel or technology industry is preferred.
