Job Description - Remote Account Support Manager

Job Description:


We are seeking a Remote Account Support Manager to join our team at iHeartMedia in Auckland, New Zealand. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in account management and support roles.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a portfolio of client accounts remotely, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly. 2. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients through various communication channels. 3. Collaborate with the sales team to develop account strategies and drive revenue growth. 4. Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for account improvement. 5. Train and support junior account support staff as needed. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in account management.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. 2. Proven experience in account management and support, preferably in a remote setting. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently. 5. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 6. Resilient and energetic personality traits. 7. Strong decision-making abilities and a team player mindset.
