Job Description - Account Support Manager

Job Description:


Parrot Analytics is seeking a part-time Account Support Manager to join our team in Auckland, NZ. As an Associate-level position, the Account Support Manager will be responsible for providing support to clients, managing client relationships, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have - Manage client accounts and ensure that customer needs are being met - Provide support and training to clients on how to use our products effectively - Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to existing clients - Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends and potential areas for improvement - Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction - Work closely with internal teams to resolve any client issues or technical challenges - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to better serve clients


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - 5+ years of experience in account management or customer support - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Independent and motivated self-starter - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Persuasive and able to build strong relationships with clients - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
