Account Support Manager

As an Account Support Manager at ABM Industries in Dunedin, Otago, NZ, you will be responsible for managing and supporting key client accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. This part-time position is ideal for a candidate with 7 years of experience in account management or client services at the mid-to-senior level.

Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure smooth communication and resolution of issues. 2. Develop account strategies and plans to drive growth and achieve revenue targets. 3. Coordinate with internal teams to deliver on client expectations and provide exceptional service. 4. Monitor account performance and provide regular reporting and updates to clients and management. 5. Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and work towards expanding the client base.

Requirements: 1. Proven experience in account management or client services, preferably in a similar industry. 2. Resilient and motivated individual with a strong work ethic and passion for delivering results. 3. Creative thinker with strong research skills to identify new opportunities and solutions for clients. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
