We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Account Support Manager to join our team at Fannie Mae. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in Nelson, NZ. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience in a similar role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building strong relationships with key stakeholders - Understand the needs and goals of each client and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives - Monitor account activity, analyze data and trends, and provide strategic recommendations to optimize performance - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to clients - Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups with clients to address any issues or concerns in a timely manner - Prepare and deliver reports and presentations to clients on a regular basis - Stay current on industry trends and best practices to provide informed guidance to clients
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Proven track record of success in a client-facing role, preferably in account management or customer support - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions - Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment
