Job Description - Account Support Manager - Work from home

Job Description: Sempra Energy is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Account Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Wellington, NZ. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in a similar role, you will play a crucial role in supporting our key accounts and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for our key accounts, building strong relationships and addressing any concerns or issues they may have - Work closely with the sales team to understand the needs and goals of each account, providing support and guidance as needed - Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of products and services - Provide regular updates and reports to the management team on account status and performance - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to better serve our clients


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in account management or customer support - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to think strategically and offer innovative solutions to complex problems - Highly adaptable and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
