Job Description:
Eversource Energy is seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato as an Account Support Representative. This part-time, entry-level position is perfect for someone who is looking to kickstart their career in the energy industry.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist in managing customer accounts, including processing payments, updating account information, and resolving billing issues. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination for account management. 4. Conduct regular account reviews to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes to regulations affecting customer accounts. 7. Participate in training and development programs to enhance job knowledge and skills.
Requirements: 1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 2. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. 3. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping. 4. Confidence and resilience in handling challenging situations. 5. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment. 6. High school diploma or equivalent. 7.
