Remote Account Support Representative

Arthur J. Gallagher is seeking a part-time Remote Account Support Representative to join our team in Auckland, New Zealand. This is an entry-level position, making it ideal for individuals with little to no previous professional experience.

As a Remote Account Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to our account management team. This will include tasks such as data entry, responding to client inquiries via email and phone, scheduling appointments, and assisting with reporting and analysis.

To be successful in this role, you must be resourceful and reliable, able to work independently and manage your time effectively. Strong project management skills and adaptability are also important, as you may be asked to work on a variety of different tasks and projects.

In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, the ideal candidate will also possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to problem solve efficiently.
