Responsibilities:
1. Provide exceptional customer service and support to Whirlpool customers via phone, email, and chat. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues regarding account management, billing, product inquiries, and technical support. 3. Assist customers with navigating the Whirlpool website, troubleshooting login issues, and updating account information. 4. Research and analyze customer inquiries to provide accurate and timely solutions. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 6. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Stay up-to-date on Whirlpool products, services, and promotions to effectively assist customers. 8. Provide feedback to management on customer trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
1. Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote setting. 2. Excellent communication skills and a professional phone manner. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Motivated and reliable with a positive attitude. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 8. Strong research skills to effectively assist customers. 9. Ability to adapt to new technologies and systems quickly.
