Job Description - Remote Account Support Representative

Job Description:


We are looking for a motivated and energetic Remote Account Support Representative to join our team at Reynolds American. This part-time, Associate Level position is based in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent project management and negotiation skills.


Responsibilities: - Provide support to key accounts through proactive communication and problem-solving - Manage and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer experience - Assist in developing and implementing account strategies to increase sales and profitability - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth


Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred - Proven experience in account management or customer support - Strong project management and negotiation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
