Account Support Representative

Job Description:

Genesis Healthcare is seeking a part-time Account Support Representative to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for candidates who are independent, dedicated, have strong time management skills, and excellent planning abilities.

Responsibilities: - Provide support to key accounts by delivering excellent customer service and maintaining strong relationships - Assist with account management tasks, including processing orders, invoicing, and resolving any issues or concerns - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and coordination with clients - Provide product knowledge and information to customers to help drive sales and increase customer satisfaction - Monitor account activity and identify opportunities for growth and improvement - Assist in developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty

Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in a customer service or account support role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
