Cummins, a global leader in power solutions, is seeking a Remote Account Support Representative to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. This part-time position offers the opportunity to work remotely and provides visa sponsorship, medical coverage, and flexible work hours.
As a Remote Account Support Representative at Cummins, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction. Your duties will include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 4 years of experience in a customer service or account support role. They will be resourceful, passionate about helping customers, and possess excellent planning and presentation skills.
