Account Support Representative

Job Description:

Sempra Energy is seeking a passionate and hardworking Account Support Representative to join our team in Auckland, NZ. This part-time, entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in the energy industry and grow their career.

Responsibilities: - Provide support to the account management team in maintaining and growing existing customer relationships - Assist with processing orders, preparing reports, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise - Contribute to the development of new business opportunities through research and outreach efforts - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to the team

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills - Demonstrated leadership abilities and the ability to work well in a team environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
