Account Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Account Support Representative to join our team at Dr Pepper Snapple Group. This is a part-time, work from home position based in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. As an entry-level member of our team, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow within our organization.

Responsibilities: - Provide support to the account management team by maintaining customer accounts, processing orders, and resolving customer inquiries. - Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. - Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of sales initiatives. - Assist with the development of sales presentations and marketing materials.

Requirements: - No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow within the organization. - Must be adaptable and confident in a fast-paced environment. - Strong critical thinking and innovation skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
