Job Description - Account Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:


Envision Healthcare Holdings is seeking a motivated and hardworking Account Support Representative to join our team in Wellington, New Zealand. This is a part-time, work-from-home position at the Associate Level requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience.


As an Account Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, assisting with account management, and resolving any client inquiries or issues. Your duties will include but are not limited to:


- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients - Assisting with account setup and maintenance - Providing product and service information to clients - Resolving client issues and escalating as needed - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction - Assisting with billing and invoicing questions - Participating in sales and marketing activities to support client retention


Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role - Motivated and hardworking individual with excellent communication skills - Strong negotiation and cooperation abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in using Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
