Job Description - Account Support Representative - Work from home

We are currently seeking a dedicated and adaptable Account Support Representative to join our team at Bristol-Myers Squibb. This is a work-from-home position based in Wellington, Wellington, NZ, offering part-time hours at the Associate Level.


As an Account Support Representative, your responsibilities will include providing assistance to our account managers in maintaining and growing relationships with clients. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will assist with managing account databases, monitoring sales metrics, and preparing reports.


To excel in this role, you must possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position. You should also be passionate about providing excellent customer service and have strong time management and attention to detail skills. As this is a work-from-home position, you must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
