Job Description - Account Support Representative - Work from home


Job description:


LawVu, a leading legal technology company based in Dunedin, Otago, NZ, is seeking a part-time Account Support Representative to join our team. This position will allow you to work from the comfort of your own home, providing you with flexibility and the opportunity to excel in a remote setting.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional support to LawVu's clients through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat. - Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and general inquiries. - Work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure client satisfaction and retention. - Document all client interactions and feedback in our CRM system. - Collaborate with the Sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.


Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or account support roles. - Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. - Demonstrated critical thinking skills to solve complex client issues. - Hardworking and reliable individual with a strong work ethic. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently in a remote setting. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
