Job Description - Account Support Representative - Work from home


Job Description:


INTL FCStone, a leading financial services firm, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Support Representative to join our team in Auckland, NZ. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to work from home.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Assist clients with account inquiries, transactions, and technical support - Process client requests accurately and efficiently - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve issues - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM system - Monitor and report on client account activity and trends - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients


Requirements: - Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
