Job Description - Account Support Specialist


Job Description:


CBS is seeking a part-time Account Support Specialist to join our team in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. As an Associate Level position, the Account Support Specialist will be responsible for providing dedicated support to our clients and assisting with various account management tasks.


Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist with account setup, maintenance, and billing processes. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded. 4. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement. 5. Analyze account data and provide reports to management on account performance. 6. Assist with contract negotiations and renewals. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve clients. 8. Provide training and support to new clients as needed.


Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of experience in a similar role. 2. Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills. 3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 4. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
