Job Description - Account Support Specialist

Job Description:


We are seeking a part-time Account Support Specialist to join our team at Lowe’s in Nelson, NZ. As an entry-level position, this role is perfect for someone with a year of experience who is adaptable and passionate about providing exceptional customer support.


Responsibilities: - Provide account support to clients, assisting with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. - Communicate with internal teams to coordinate account initiatives and resolve any account-related issues. - Assist in the creation of reports and analysis for clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system. - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support and execute account strategies. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to improve account support services.


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer support or account management role. - Adaptable and passionate personality traits. - Strong presentation and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. - Knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite. - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
