Job Description:
StretchSense, a leading provider of wearable sensor technology, is seeking a passionate and driven Account Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in Napier, Hawke's Bay, NZ. As an Account Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and assisting them in maximizing the value they receive from our products and services.
Responsibilities: - Managing client accounts and acting as the main point of contact for any queries or issues - Providing product demonstrations and training to clients to ensure they fully understand how to use our technology - Conducting research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices - Assisting with the onboarding of new clients and ensuring a smooth transition to our services - Collaborating with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities - Handling customer escalations and resolving any issues in a timely manner - Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Working closely with the technical support team to troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise
Requirements: - A passion for technology and innovation - Strong drive to succeed and exceed client expectations - Excellent research skills to stay informed on industry trends - Effective people management skills to build strong relationships with clients - Ability to work independently and take initiative - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus but not required
