Job Description:
Penske Automotive Group is seeking a confident and independent Call Center Assistant to join our team in Christchurch, Canterbury, New Zealand. As an Associate Level position, the Call Center Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through phone interactions and assisting with various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries or concerns in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests, surveys, or sales leads. 3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions in the company database. 4. Provide support to the sales and service departments by scheduling appointments, processing payments, and coordinating vehicle pick-up and delivery. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Innovative mindset and ability to think outside the box to solve customer issues. 5. Persuasion skills to effectively communicate the benefits of our products and services to customers.
Personality Traits: 1. Confident in dealing with a variety of customer situations. 2. Independent and able to work autonomously.
Soft skills: 1. Innovation to find creative solutions to customer problems. 2. Persuasion to effectively communicate and sell products or services.
