Job Description - Call Center Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:


Avnet is currently seeking a Call Center Assistant to work from home in Napier, Hawke's Bay, NZ. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls with professionalism and efficiency. 2. Provide information to customers about products and services. 3. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner. 4. Document all customer interactions in the company database. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. 6. Conduct research as needed to address customer inquiries. 7. Meet performance targets and KPIs set by the company. 8. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times. 9. Utilize active listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns. 10. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.


Requirements: 1. Confident and passionate individual with strong communication skills. 2. Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment. 3. Strong research skills to find solutions to customer queries. 4. Proficiency in using computer systems and customer service software. 5. High school diploma or equivalent. 6. Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. 7. Reliable high-speed internet connection and home office setup. 8.
