Call Center Associate

Job Description:

Mutual of Omaha Insurance is currently seeking a Call Center Associate to join our team in Napier, Hawke's Bay, NZ on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing excellent customer service, and promoting our insurance products.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner. 2. Educating customers on our insurance products and services. 3. Making outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and sales. 4. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Meeting sales targets and KPIs set by management. 6. Collaborating with team members to achieve team goals. 7. Participating in training sessions and continuous learning opportunities.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with ease. 4. Driven and motivated to succeed in a fast-paced environment. 5. Previous experience in people management and presentation skills. 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 7. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
