Job Description:
Icahn Enterprises is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Associate to join our team in Wellington, NZ. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Call Center Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services. 2. Assist customers with order placement, product recommendations, and issue resolution. 3. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times. 4. Utilize company resources effectively to address customer needs. 5. Follow company scripts and protocols to ensure consistent service delivery. 6. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve department goals. 7. Document customer interactions and follow up as needed. 8. Meet and exceed performance metrics and targets set by management. 9. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to better assist customers. 10. Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and empathy.
Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Confident and resourceful with excellent problem-solving skills. 3. Strong teamwork and communication skills. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change. 5. High school diploma or equivalent. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
