Call Center Associate

Job Description:

3M is seeking a Call Center Associate to join our team in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. As a part-time Associate level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This role requires a high level of energy and resourcefulness to effectively communicate with customers and address their inquiries.

Responsibilities: 1. Handling inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Addressing customer inquiries and providing accurate information about products and services. 3. Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner. 4. Documenting customer interactions and updating customer records in the database. 5. Collaborating with team members to ensure consistent service delivery and customer satisfaction. 6. Conducting research to provide customers with accurate information or assistance. 7. Keeping abreast of product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation. 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. 4. Resourceful problem solver with a positive attitude. 5. Energetic and enthusiastic personality with a strong work ethic. 6. Strong cooperation and teamwork skills. 7. Ability to conduct research and gather information to assist customers. 8. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
