Remote Call Center Associate

Job Description:

Eight360 is seeking a motivated and reliable Remote Call Center Associate to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with various administrative tasks. This is a part-time position requiring at least 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner. 2. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Assist with data entry, appointment scheduling, and other administrative tasks as needed. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Excellent communication skills and a professional phone manner. 3. Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Strategic planning and project management skills are a plus. 6. A motivated and reliable attitude.
