Call Center Associate

Job Description:

Computer Sciences is seeking a reliable and independent Call Center Associate to join our team in Nelson, NZ. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner 2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve performance goals 5. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations 6. Utilize effective people management skills to build rapport with customers and colleagues 7. Demonstrate strong time management abilities to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Requirements: 1. 2+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role 2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written 3. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail 4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment 5. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic 6. Demonstrated people management and time management skills 7. Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
